Article on actor unemployment

Actors are at 100% unemployment. Reading lots of articles about disappointed theatre goers & producers, but not seeing a lot about the plight of thousands of working actors, dependent on Actors Equity contracts for a living, health insurance and pensions. With every cancelled season and show, the repercussions are enormous and potentially devastating to the personal and fragile economies of many (staff, catering, ushers, stage hands, scenic painters, set builders, box office people -- the list goes on and on).
